Here are the kiddos....Front Row: Tristan, a monkey; Ellie a Blue Crayola!,; Addie, a very cut Bat!
Sitting on Papa Bill's lap is Lily who is a very cute female Leopard! Caleb is 12...he is not anything but himself...goofy...Jalen is a S.W.A.T. team leader...!! And Papa Bill greeted them all with those little Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!
And here they are all gathered around Great Grandma Elsa! Everyone enjoyed seeing the children in their Halloween costume and they were very excited to go to the next location...Papa Ben's! So we all piled back into our cars and headed down to dad's house....
After getting "mini Snickers" bars at Papa Ben's (which BTW...he tapes a coin to the backside and he just figured out that the coin he tapes would not even come close to a 1/4 of what one would need to purchase a full size candy bar! That was a shock for him....and here he thought he was doing a good deed giving them a quarter!!) tee hee...he is so behind the times with prices of candy bars...not that I know or anything!! After my dad's house, we hike it to about three other neighbors of my dads. Mike, who is legally blind really decks out his front porch...scary things like bats that are hanging down (scared the bejeezers out of Tristan when he looked up...he screamed bloody murder!!) and then there are all sorts of other treasures on his porch that are just good Halloween fun stuff!
So all the Great Grand Parents got to see the children in their halloween costumes and I think they had a pretty good time visiting with them for a short period of time...we left the "very seniors" and let the children and parents go on to their next stop, Scott and I headed up to Oregon City to check in with our Papa Murphy's up there...the employees, most anyways, were dressed in costume too. It makes for a very fun and busy night for everyone...You may be surprised to know that halloween is the BUSIEST night for Papa Murphy's Pizza!! yahoo!!
I think I needed to be taller to really get a great picture of these employees...I must say we had a lot of butterflies and fairies...with wings! Everyone was enjoying themselves...it is always fun to wear something other than the regular uniform!
