Two snow days in one week, wowie!! The snow was predicted to start around 7 AM. I think it was actually closer to 7:30 at least where we live. I was thinking, well, at least the kids can get to school before they have a chance to delay it or close it all together. The grade school starts at 7:50 AM!! So when I got up, I took a couple of pictures as the snow was just starting to cover the ground. Then by 10 am it was really coming down in nice big flakes and I couldn't resist a couple more pictures. And now as I sit here and look outside at 2 pm, there is hardly a trace of any snow at all! The temperature is warming up and it is actually drizzling a bit. So here is our liquid sunshine!! Does it ever make things green in the spring!

a little Irish proverb: "Get down on your knees and thank God you are still on your feet!" I tell that one to my dad....
